Roast dandelion root & chamomile make this cake a delicately balanced wonder. Subtly earthy and floral finished off with a vanilla bean Swiss Vuttercream* & candied sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Jammit Chocolate ‘Black Forest’ is a popular variation – Chocolate cake, with Vanilla Swiss Vuttercream and a good jamming of something fruity / berry.
A sweet bush peppery & punchy cake tamed with honey Swiss Vuttercream* and honeycomb.
These babies are around all year long, can come GF and are naturally DF. If you would like swiss buttercream, or an EF b/vutterccream instead of Jammits Swiss Vuttercream*, specify this when ordering.

*What is ‘Jammits Swiss Vuttercream’? Glad you asked! It is a gorgeous, velvety, and slightly less sweet icing made with a raw sugar swiss meringue and Vutter.

A sumptuous and sticky Cantabrian Affair. Boasting spelt flour grown and milled in Canterbury South and honey-dew honey from Canterbury North; this is a crowd pleaser. Finished with more honey, glazed almonds and petals. Can be made gluten-free.

Custom orders must be discussed, quoted and confirmed; so make sure to allow time for this. All of my cakes are decorated freestyle & with natural ingredients – I do not do fondant cakes or artificial coloured icing.
All offerings can be made omitting gluten and dairy – unless specified otherwise in the description. You must request this at the time of order.
Other dietary requests can be accommodated whenever possible.
